Belly Dancing
Belly Dancing is about discovering your abdominal muscles.  There are three sets of muscles in your abdomen.  There is the diaphragm between the navel and the rib cage.  There are the pelvic muscles below the navel.  The obliques run vertically on each side from the pelvis to just below the breast.  Belly Dancing builds a relationship with all three sets of muscles.  You will control movement of all three sets of muscles.

Belly Dancing for beginners will start by you listening to the music, focusing on your torso movement and swivelling your hips to become one with the music.  Egyptian belly dancing focuses on the abdomen and hips with full body undulations.  Middle Eastern and Tribal belly dancing originates in Libya and Egypt.  The movement and control of the abdomen included with the cardio of dancing makes belly dancing a good fitness exercise routine which is a delight to watch and fun to perform in feminine and colorful attire!
