Every Tuesday at 7:00 pm is Tennis in Caloosa Park!  Call RHWI at 561-733-2664 to arrange for a partner who plays at your level of expertise.  We can also provide equipment: racquets, balls, hopper, towels and water bottles!

2010 Race for the cure will take place on saturday, January 30th, 2010 through the streets of downtown West Palm Beach.

Mercedes 5K Run will be Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.  Training begins February 15, join us on Facebook Palm Beach County Health and Wellness Network.  I know a 60 year old woman training now!
