There are many ways to tell what kind of person someone is by the way they shop. It doesn't matter if they're shopping for homewares or gadgets, the all display familiar behaviours. There are several different kinds of shoppers. There are early shoppers, those who get ahead of the storm, and then there are those “go with the flow” shoppers, who just kind of float around, and then there are the last-minute shoppers, who put off everything until the last minute, and then rush around like a chicken with its head cut off. Early shoppers are the people that you’d see waiting outside of a store, waiting for them to open up for a big sale ready to jump on every good deal that the find. They are normally morning people, who wake up, brisk and alert, and are ready and willing to take on any challenge that the world can devise to put up in their path. “Go with the Flow” shoppers are more laid back. Instead of waiting at a locked door for a sale to start, they’ll sleep in, and then go to the sale later on about mid-afternoon, where there are normally some good deals to be had. These type of people normally float about during the day, not taking any specific type of interest into anything in particular, but more just enjoying the ride at a comfortable pace. Last minute shoppers are the type of person who puts off the sale until the last 30 minutes, and then rushes in and still expects to find as good a deal as an early shopper. Sometimes they’re lucky, most times, they’re not. These type of people are the type to put off anything until the last moment, and then rush around like there’s no tomorrow. It’s ironic to think that you can tell a lot from a person, just from observing what kind of shopper they are. Other ways of observing would be to see if a person is frugal, or if they just grab whatever they see without considering the price or maybe if there’s a better deal just down the isle. As for me, I fit somewhere between “Go with the Flow” and Last Minute Shopper…What kind of shopper are you? |

Travelling is fun for most people, but the mode of transportation people use to get form place to place often impacts the quality of the vacations that people have! Last vacation that I went on was in a motorhome, and it was an experience to say the least. We'd looked at motorhomes for hire and found one we liked. However, the kids hated the holiday in the motorhome. It was bouncy, hot, and boring for them. They would much prefer a quick flight somewhere. On the bright side, we were camping, so the RV was definitely ideal for our lodging and traveling. They kids complained a lot, but I think that they just wanted attention. RV travel is definitely safe, but I think that the consumption of gas was very prohibitive to our vacation. We had to ration the food that we bought and ate because we did not have enough money to pay for the gas and food. That was definitely my least favorite part of the trip. I did enjoy it though. I will never do it again though!

I am a meat lover and my sister is not. In fact she is an activist for the rights of animals. We have been in to a lot of fights because of my undying love for meat. She is even a vegan, she does not eat any eggs, or even milk, and cheese. This all changed when she go pregnant. She started craving for animal products, meat, milk, eggs, cheese and even bacon. At first she thought that it was a mistake but it was for real. She went to consult her doctor about this and he told her that her body needed proteins and the best kind came from animals and if she was craving for them then it meant that she was lacking those nutrients in her body. She finally broke and she ate a lot of meat. The problem is that she ate them at this one food joint that we were not aware of. She said that she always craved for that meat. When we checked out the place, we found a health inspector shutting them down because the meat that was been eating there was horse meat and they did not meet the horse passports uk. This means that there is documentation that shows if the horse meat comes from a horse that has been vaccinated by vaccines that are dangerous for the health of women. She did not get sick funnily enough but we had to look for another place that served horse meat that we could take her. But we did not tell her that she has been eating horse meat. |
