Natural Skin Care
Natural Ingredients from your kitchen prove to be great for skin care.  As skin ages it becomes more sensitive.  Using natural ingredients will reduce sensitivity and irritation.  Cleaning, toning, and protecting your skin with natural ingredients is the best anti aging secret for sustaining your skin and greening your lifestyle.
Yogurt Face Scrub

Combine brewer's yeast, yogurt, almond meal and manuka honey.  Apply with circular motions.  Rinse well!

Apple Cider and Aspirin Toner

Crush a few aspirin in apple cider.  Apply with a cotton ball.

Clay and Egg Mask

Combine white clay, chamomile oil, corn flour and egg whites.  Apply to skin.  Rest with mask on face for 15 minutes.  Rinse well!

Lemon and Yogurt Skin Lightener

Combine lemon and greek yogurt.  Apply as a spot treatment or as a full face mask.

Oatmeal and Onion Mask

Combine onions, oatmeal, mineral water and honey.  Apply mask to soften and smooth face!

Suana Mask

Blend avocados, egg, yogurt, baking soda and olive oil.  Leave on face and body in the sauna for 10 minutes to invigorate skin.

Fresh Skin Cleanser

Crush and strain the juice from a ripe tomato.  Mix in an equal amount of yogurt.  Apply to skin and rinse twice daily.  Keep refridgerated.

Sensitive Skin Cream

Shea butter does not irritate the skin.  After washing face at night, apply to damp skin around eye and face.

Acne Treatment

Combine chickpea flour, rose water and a grated potato.  Apply to face and relax for 20 minutes.  Rinse with warm water.

Natural Lip Gloss

Combine 3 parts vitamin e with 1 part cinnamon oil.  Apply to lips.

Eye Treatment

Refridgerate cucumber or potato slices.  Rest on eyes for 3 to 5 minutes.

Make Up Remover

Mix yogurt, turmeric and lemon juice.  Apply in circular motion.  Blend with makeup on face.  Rinse with warm water.
