Tennis is played with racquets by two or four players hitting a hollow ball back and forth over the net.  Tennis as general rules and winners are best declared by the match referee.  Your city should have tennis courts.  Caloosa Park in Boynton Beach, Florida has great, lighted courts with regular attenance by Tennis coaches.
